Just a few days ago I remembered that my 1st anniversary on this new account was VERY SOON T_T Even though I was aware of it like 1 month prior--
But anyways, I wanted to do something big & nice but time didn't permit so I had do to something else lol
While it's nothing big, I did put some thought into a personally meaningful drawing

I decided on a theme of "my life one year ago"
("Nu, wtf were you doing one year ago????" I PROMISE IT'S NOTHING SHADY LIKE THIS DRAWING MIGHT SUGGEST LMAO)
This is my main OC/mascot Trashcat from around 1 year ago ^_^
Her design has always been reeeally fluent (bc she's based off of my MMO character orz)
But, I think her current design won't change drastically now since I don't play anymore.
In the end, lots of things have changed since then, maybe for better and some things worse. I look back really fondly on those good times T_T<33

March 5It's been one year since I made my new dA account (this one lol)!! :>
I just feel sappy about art and I wanna write about it, so here I plop my rants on this fine March 5th TAT
This past year I have learned & realized a lot of things. For one, I stopped worrying about trying to find my "style". In fact, I first branched out and tried many things before I fell into what I do now. Look back through my gallery and some of the variations and you will see aha. It was a really liberating revelation; I improved a lot faster bc I tried many things and pushed myself to do something differently with every drawing.
(A couple of people asked me before about how I improve?? I have figured out that you just need to look at your last drawing and think "what do I wish I had done different/what could be better?" and then do it in your next drawing. That's one thing that I have been doing a lot, and it forces me to try new things)
I am also always so excited about the future *_* I'm wondering, "h
